Request Management
With the help of request management, you can view and handle replication requests.
A request contains some information describing the purpose of the request. This information usually consists of the location of a COBOL copybook (or the content of it itself), a VSAM file for binding and the target information for the tables to be imported.
With this information, the user of the request management can easily import the tables, create a process (bulk or near realtime) to synchronize the data between source and target and close the request, so the initiator of the request knows it is fulfilled,
The request management is done in the RDRS dashboard using the request management dialog.
When connecting to an agent, the dashboard checks whether there are any open requests and displays a message if so.

Clicking ‘Yes’ will open the request management dialog.
Additionally, the dialog can be displayed at any time using the menu item Extras > Request Management.
