Windows Communication Foundation (Known Issues)
To use WCF, ensure that it is installed in Visual Studio. Either select the Windows Communication Foundation optional component in the Visual Studio installer, or install it from Visual Studio by clicking Help > Micro Focus Product Help > Install Missing Feature(s).
