Header-to-COPY Utility
The Header-to-COPY (H2cpy) utility is a self-contained application run from the command
line or automatically invoked by the Headers preprocessor. It translates C-language
header files into their COBOL-equivalent copyfiles. It can handle any valid ANSI or
ISO C-language file.
