The Fileshare service process terminated during initialization and a restart will
not be attempted because it is expected to fail again for the same reason.
- System Action:
- ES will start if no critical files are being handled by this process. Otherwise, ES will shutdown.

- Resolve the problem with the Fileshare service process and restart the system.
