This step is only required if your site uses CICS Viewing and Printing. Complete the following steps as defined in Step 13 – Installing the DBMS IO Subsystem.

• Step 4.7 – Adding Mobius-z/OS Resources to CICS Start-up JCL

  If you intend to access DB2-based topic data through CICS, add the following in the CICS start-up JCL:

  • The DB2 load library, prefix.SDSNLOAD.

  • The DB2 runtime library, “prefix.RUNLIB.LOAD” in DFHRPL. At execution time, the Viewing and Printing system accesses programs DSNTIA1 and DSNTIAC, which must be installed from the DB2 version and subsystem in use from the DB2 libraries.

  Note: All load libraries in CICS STEPLIB must be APF-authorized.
