Return and reason codes are similar to RACF. Values for code and their meaning are:
04 - not protected 08 - not authorized 20 - access violation (see meaning) 24 - unspecified error
Values for reason and their meaning are:
00 - not authorized 04 - read access attempted 08 - update access attempted 12 - control access attempted 16 - alter access attempted 44 - not authorized
