CASSP0001W Failed to inform server manager of process death, reason = failure-code
The console daemon detected a process's termination and attempted to inform the region
manger of the event.
It failed due to the reason given.
1 - unknown process type termination detected
2 - invalid process ID returned
3 - could not connect to the region
4 - could not allocate shared storage
- System Action:
- The region manager cannot be informed of the process's termination. The region may continue successfully. If the reason is 3 then this may be normal if the region is in the process of shutting down.
