CASST0011W Error allocating shared memory for shutdown transaction
An attempt to shutdown a region externally via a transid was rejected as the transaction
could not be scheduled due to an error allocating shared memory.
- System Action:
- The region will not be shutdown.
- Resolution:
- If there is no shared memory available try to shutdown the region without a transid.
