CASTS1013W ES TRC has temporarily switched HSF off due to max queued work limit (Number of trace tables that can be held) being reached
The spill thread in TRC has reached the maximum number of queued trace tables.
This limit is to prevent TRC from running out of memory. The max limit can be modified by setting ES_HSF_WORK_LIMIT. Default is 10000.

- HSF switched off until the backlog of work has been processed.
