To Associate a Listener with a Service
Restriction: This topic applies only when the Enterprise Server feature is enabled.
- Click Details in the Objects column for the server that owns the service that you want to associate the listener with.
- Click Edit in the Operation column of the row containing the service that you want to associate the listener with.
- In Available Listeners click the service listener that you want to associate with the service.
- Click Add.
The Directory Server associates the listener with the service immediately and redisplays the service table.
- If you want to associate another listener with this service, repeat steps 3 through 5.
Note: A service must always have at least one listener associated with it.
